Could Irregular Periods Be A Problem?

Hi, So I m a 18 year old, healthy girl, and my period has such a weird pattern to it. It doesn t have one. I only get my period like twice a year, I can t even remember the last time I had it, I think It was in the summer last year. I thought with time It would even itself out and become more regular, but It hasn t and I m starting to grown concerned since I ve started to become sexually active. If you could be of any help, I d be really thankful.

Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
It appears that you have ac anemia, so i advise you to consult a gynacologist for diagnosis and treatment.
you may need to have a ultra sound to exclude the fibroid, or poly cystic ovarian syndrome.
For child bearing the regular periods is the utmost important thing.
Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and
protein rich foods to hasten the recovery.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
