Could Iron Supplements Cause Extreme Pain Behind Eyes?
I was wondering why taking iron supplements would cause extreme pain behind the eyes. I know this was the cause because stopping the pills made the pain go away after a day or two and restarting the pills made the pains come back. I can find no reason for this. pain pills weren't helping and went to opthalmologist who found nothing wrong.

iron pill should not cause pain behind eye. are you suffering from anemia if not then stop taking iron or change the brand.
