Could Increased Glucose Level Be A Side Effect Of Gemer-2 Tablets?

hi doctor. this is Ashok from Hyderabad, India. I am using Gemer-2 Extended release tablet one daily. my glucose levels are recording between 90 to 110 post lunch and 160 to 180 past lunch. Is it necessary to change the tablet i am using now? how long i can take this Gemer-2? is there any side effects to this tablet? please let me know?

As of now your blood sugar levels are maintaining reasonably. So continue the same medication. You need to take it life long. When there is wavering in your blood sugar levels you need to change the medication as per your physicians advice. Kindly get a HbA1C level once every 6-8 months to confirm the ideal blood sugar maintenance.
