Could I Be Pregnant With Bleeding And Tiredness?

On Tuesday May 27 I had unprotected sex. I m on the depo shot. On Saturday May 31, I started bleeding. I m not sure if this was implantation, or my period. I haven t been having periods. I can wear a pad for a full day and not have to change it. Early this morning, at about 4 am I felt this weird feeling on my left side of my lower abdomen. Could I be pregnant. There s like just a weird feeling. I can t really explain it. And I don t know if I m tired all the time cause i sleep a lot anyways.

Hi,
In the current scenario, the best way to elicit if you are pregnant is to get an estimation of the serum beta-hCG titres which are very specific and sensitive followed by a trans-vaginal sonogram and a specialist check up. Though your symptoms are suggestive of pregnancy, they need substantial evidence as they are not specific to pregnancy alone. If it is a pregnancy, it should be seen if there is a sac and if so, at what stage and plan further management. Hope you find this information helpful. Take care.
