HI .LEARNED YOUR QUERY AND AM CONCERNED ABOUT IT. FIRST LET ME TELL YOU THAT THERE IS A VERY HIGH CHANCE OF CONTACTING HIV/AIDS FROM AN INFECTED SEX PARTNER IN CASES OF RUPTURED OR TORN CONDOMS DURING THE ACT OF COITUS.THIS RISK IS SIGNIFICANTLY HIGH EVEN FOR A SINGLE SEXUAL ACT. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU UNDER GO "ELISA/WESTERN BLOT TESTING" FOR BOTH HIV 1 AND 2 VIRUSES.YOUR SYMPTOMS ARE MORE SUGGESTIVE OF A SEXUALLY TRANSMITTED BACTERIAL INFECTION "STD" RATHER A VIRAL CAUSE,BUT NONETHE LESS YOU NEED TO RULE OUT HIV/AIDS.OF COURSE THERE IS A MUTUAL RISK OF DEVELOPING TB POST HIV INFECTION AS WELL AS THERE IS A HIGH RISK OF DEVELOPING HIV/AIDS IN TB INFECTED INDIVIDUAL. I RECOMMEND,THAT ITS HIGH TIME YOU MEET YOUR FAMILY PHYSICIAN ON AN URGENT BASIS.
