Could Hypertension And Hypothyroidism Explain Nasal Congestion And Constant Sneezing?

For the last 3 months more or less I have had nasal congestion, there is a yellowish discharge, early in the morning and later in the day there is a clear discharge, I am constantly sneezing blowing and it makes it difficult to breathe. I have no pain but it takes several time of blowing in order to empty my nostrils. The only relief I get is by spraying
Afrin and I was told not to use it more than 12 hours to avoid addiction. I do have a diagnosis of Hypertension and Hyperthyroidism, I would appreciate your advise.

Dear friend,
Welcome to Health Care Magic

They are unlikely to be related
Infection / Allergy are the usual causes… Yellow discharge may mean infection from stasis
See an ENT specialist / get yourself examined / basic investigation – like CT sinuses, blood cunts - may be necessary...
Prognosis is generally good

Take care
Wishing all well
God bless
