Could High Levels Of SPOT And SGPT Effect Pregnancy?

Hi I am 7 month and 1 week pregnant and from a recent blood test I have extremely high SPOT and SGPT but no janice nor feels any difference except I feel itchy on my skin all over and had problem sleeping (or always wakes up around 4/5 am - and not sure if this is caused by pregnancy). I am very worried as I don't know the cause and I am not sure if this will have any complication to my pregnancy. Thanks for your advice in advance.

Your symptoms look like that of Cholestasis of pregnancy, which needs urgent attension. you need to be started on tablet udiliv depending on your enzymes level. obstetric cholestasis pose some threat to pregnancy and you might need early delievry. so its good to see the doctor immediately.
