Could Hemorrhoids Be The Cause Back Pain And Severe Gas?

I have low back pain, (34yr old), male, for the past 4 years I have had severe gas at times very smelly, and tail bone pain almost daily so I sit all crazy (I m sure not helping), I believe I have hemroids, and after every boul movement for the past at least 2.5-3 years it feels as if I have small fishers around my rectum that burn for a day or two then subside and no longer hurt until the next boil Mvt.

Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query. It is possible to get lower back pain associated with haemorrhoids or anal fissures. Associated infection can increase the pain also. In case of infection proper antibiotic therapy and probiotics should be taken. I usually advise antibiotics like norfloxacin and ornidazole , and probiotics like sacharomyces boulardi for such cases. Sits bath will be helpful in relieving pain also. Hope this may help you.
Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
