Hi,

I have gone through your medical history carefully and understood your concerns.

Can you please upload a picture of your actual tongue lump to further assist you?

According to your saying, I suggest to start antibiotic and anti-inflammatory therapy to reduce the lump together with further evaluation of the ear (especially inner ear).

Keeping good oral hygiene by doing gargle with water and salt is also highly recommended.
