Could Headache With History Of Fall And Hit On Head Serious?

I dranked too much wine, don t remember this, but fell hit my head and scraped by nose. This happened 2 weeks ago, should I be worried? My back of my head hurts, not like a migraine, which I have had, but like I jerked my head back and spranged it, Any answers?

Answer : There could be two possibilities
1. Chronic Sub Dural Hematoma. This is collection of Blood between brain and its coverings
This may need intervention by a Neurosurgeon

2. Sub Galeal Hematoma
This will usually heal by its own

SO
I suggest you to consult a Neurosurgeon at the earliest
