Could Headache And Nosebleed Be Related To High Blood Pressure?

I have suffered from mygraines for a long time but recently have had different types of headaches followed by a nosebleed.It makes me feel awful all day.Does this have anything to do with High bllod pressure? recently I have been feeling very fatigued and my friends and family have commented that i have very bad dark circles under my eyes.advise please

Hi,
Yes very high blood pressure ( above 160/110mmhg) remains through out the day might cause headache and occasionally epistaxis I.e.bleeding from nose.
If u already have migraine problem and feeling fatigue then u go to physician and get checked your blood pressure.yes let it get diagnosed first
