Hi, Thanks for the query. I understand your concern .It seems you are under medication &your thyroid levels are normal now. Please always consult the treating endicrinologist routinely.. get thyroid function tests repeated ... as per his advise..and continue the thyroid supplements without any break... Though low thyroid affects pregnancy &child (irregular periods causing difficulti in conception&low intellectual development of the fetus ) * but with thyroid level maintained normal there is no such risk. Be cool. *The irritation you have does not seem to be due to thyroid....it s the tension you have about the possible problems in your family due to rhyroid... now as it is settled,you would be tension free&pleasant personality again.
