Hello and thanks for writing. I can understand your concern and will do my best to help you in the best way possible. From your symptoms it seems that you could be having food poisoning. However other conditions like Gastroenteritis, IBS or Crohn s disease could also br considered. I suggest you to go and see your physician who may examine and investigate you with some blood work, stool test, USG and other tests to arrive at the final diagnosis. In the mean time you can increase your fluid intake alongwith electrolytes so as to avoid dehydration.
