Could Frequent Bowel Movement, Dizziness And Nausea Be Due To High Sugar?

My husband is have 2 to 3 bowel movements in the mornings every morning. Also he is have occasional dizziness and nausea. He has had his inner ear checked for fluid. When he has his dizzy spells its hard for him to gather his self again. It really freaks him out. Im wondering if it could be his sugar. He has difficult time losing weight. Could it be his sugar?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, what the symptoms are given here may not be due to the sugar neither it seems to be due to any illness but it may be physiological phenomenon and no needs to worry about this, if the condition is creating some doubt for any disease then stool examination is must.
Diet change may help him, try to avoid spicy food oily food, even if the symptom is there of diarrhea then stool examination is necessary, else it may not be the sugar playing the role
hope this information helps.
