Could Fluid Filled Blister In The Groin Be Malignant?

I don t have any sexual transmitted diseases or infections. Often I use my electric trimmer to cut the hair from my groin area. Recently I noticed a clear bump on my groin. I popped it and clear fluid it came out of it and I drained it and then blood came out too. I cleaned the area and then cut the hair around it because I thought it was a in-grown hair. After a few days it was gone and I haven t cut my hair in awhile but now I feel the area and it s a little swollen lump again and a black dot could that be the in grown hair stuck or is it cancer ?
