Hello
You didn't mention any history of illness , so it is very difficult to say about these symptoms . Before any diagnosis we should know the clinical history of patient , so please mention history of sexual or other contact which may cause HIV infection.
I am writing all symptoms of HIV infection in acute stage.Approxiamately 50-70% of infected individuals experience an acute syndrome following primary infection. The acute syndrome follows infection by 3-6 weeks.
Fever , pharyngitis ( as fever and cold in your case), lymphadenopathy, headache/ retro-orbital pain, arthralgias/myalgias, lethargy/malaise, anorexia/weight loss, nausea/vomiting/diarrhea.

Erythematous maculopapular rashes, mucocutaneous ulceration ( on tongue and in mouth).
So please take care as these symptoms may be due to simple common cold , viral infection ,bronchitis .
Consult a physician and get his opinion.
