Could Extra Dosage Of Zpac Be A Matter Of Concern?

Hi, I just went and picked up a prescription for my 3 year old daughter, who is around 25 pounds. It is zpac and I gave her the first day dose of 5 ml. This was the second medication she has been given for her illness. Through some confusion with my wife I did not realize they prescribed her the same medication back to back and she had just finished her last dose of the first round of zpac this morning. So in actuality she got 7.5ml of zpac today when she should just be continuing her. 2.5 ml for several days. Should I take her in to the er or should she be ok thanks

She should be ok for now. If she is experiencing any stomach ache or vomiting, get her to an ER or pediatrician. Try not to repeat it again and be more careful about administering medication for your young ones.
