Could Excessive Masturbation Cause Hair Fall?

I am 23 year old working in an IT firm. I am experiencing lot of hair fall since the past 3 years and have developed bald spots at the temple of my head. I believe this could be due to excessive sexual activities like masturbation as no one in my family experixenced baldness at such a young age and neither do i carry a lot of stress. Is that true? Also i have recently consulted a dermatologist and he prescribed bio hg forte capsules, miniscalp 5% liquid and sebamed revitalise shampoo. Will that help in regrowth?

Thanks for asking at HCM.
I have read your question and I understand your concern.
Well hair loss could be because of number of reasons like Hereditary, scalp infections, hormonal imbalance or diseases associated with hair loss such as lupus, sarcoidosis and lichen planus. Patchy alopecia the one you are talking about in which there is sudden hair loss leaving smooth bald patches on scalp is due to body's own immune system attacking the hair follicles. The treatment for hair loss include medications like minoxidil and finasteride, laser surgery and wigs or hair pieces.
In patchy alopecia hair may grow by itself within a year without any medications. So you can either wait or use the medications prescribed by your doctor. Meanwhile you can prevent your hair loss by Eating a nutritionally balanced diet, avoiding tight hairstyles, such as braids, buns or ponytails and compulsively twisting, rubbing or pulling your hair.
Treat your hair gently when washing and brushing, wide-toothed comb may help prevent pulling out hair, avoid harsh treatments such as hot rollers, curling irons, hot oil treatments and permanents

thanks
