Could Early Periods With Light Pink Discharge, Lactating And Light Cramps Indicate Pregnancy?

Hi have a question about pregnancy. Last month my period was early usually I get it on the 20th of the month and I came on the 16th and it was a very dark brown Two weeks ago I notice that I am lactating and I have light cramps, so I took a pregnancy test and it was negative now my period is early again as it is the 10th now and it is a very light pink am I pregnant?

Yes, your symptoms could be related to pregnancy, but there are various other conditions that could present in a similar way as well like infections, women on birth control, hormonal imbalances, etc. So it would be wise to visit a doctor and rule out/confirm pregnancy before assuming other possibilities.
