Could Dry Mouth, Weight Loss, Inability To Eat Food Be Eating Disorder?

Hi there i wonder if you can help me? PLEASE i am in a desperate desperate situation - basically i cannot eat food, i have lost alot of weight i am now down to 6 and a half stone, i desperately want to eat food but cannot tolerate any food this has been going for 6 months gradually getting worse and worse, i originally thought it was celiac disease and went on a gluten diet which seemed to be ok but then i went off it and went back to normal food and since i have not been able to tolerate food, as soon as i put the first biteful of food into my mouth and swallow, i get incredibly dizzy, feel like i am going to pass out and i feel like i cant breathe and my throat feels tight and i my body starts to spasm its with any type of food, yoghurt, gravy, chicken, mash potato, fish, sandwiches, etc, i had an eeg and they said it was non epileptic seizures, these seizures happen other times as well but are worst when trying to eat food, they said i am not epileptic, i am on no medication, i was prescribed calogen, and ensure two cal drinks but even they are hard to take im supposed to drink 4 a day but can hardly manage 1 now, they make me feel horrible, dizzy, like im going to pass out, lightheaded, hard to swallow after a small sip, this is the same with any other liquid - tea,, milk i cannot drink i can only tolerate water. but the strange strange thing is, i disocvered i can eat breakfast, i have been eating bacon and eggs, rice crispies, milk,, for week and weeks now its the only meal i have and i get nothing else for the rest of the day, for some reason i can tolerate the food in the morning at 9am but i only get half an hour and then i start feeling the same way, yet if i try the same meal eggs, cereal in the afternoon i cannot eat it, i feel funny straight away, surely the food cant even be in my system? i thought it was thyroid? my tsh was 0.58 but now its 1.15, i have a tight throat like my throat is being gripped in a vice, at the thyroid area, and very dry mouth all the time, they said my thyroid was ok, its as soon as i swallow one of the most horrible things is after i swallow the food, i then try to swallow again even just saliva and its like my swallow muscle freeze they go into spasm and will not swallow this for some reason makes me feel like i cannot breathe, my head goes red feels like its going to burst like i cant breathe in my throat, and i feel like im going to pass out this is why i have to stop eating, its terrifying. i cant go on like this its making me incredibly depressed and i need food, i just want to eat and drink again, im terribly worried ive been into hospital lots of times and they dont know whats causing it, they are stumped, they said we can give you a food tube but i really dont want that and its not a solution i need to get to the root of the problem, i love food, they thought it was an eating disorder but the specialist said it definately was not an eating disorder, i want to eat the food desperately, you could put my favoirite meal down infront of me and i cannot eat it, i want to but its like my body says no!!!! ive thought could it be diabetes, too much insulin, the only health condition i have is PCOS, which i am not taking anything for, i thought could it be different levels that change throughout the day like cortisol, hormones, thyroid level or something? allergies? im at a loss no one seems to know and i need to eat to survive, please can you help? thank you

Psychiatrist 's  Response
it's very sad to know about your condition but at the same time I must say you need not to worry much as it looks like an anxiety disorder
you must visit a mental health professional for end evaluation.
