Could Difficulty In Focussing Vision Be Due To Tamsulosin And Glaucoma?

I have recently begun taking sandoz-tamsulosin CR 4mg. I have glaucoma and take one drop of travatan in each eye once a day (nights). At times I find it hard to focus when I am am reading small print, especially early in the morning. Is it possible that the tamsulosin could be a problem for either the glaucoma or the travatan eyedrops?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

The diffuculty in focussing is due to glaucoma. You should consult your ophthalmologist and get your eye pressures checked again as it seems to be increased and you may need to increase the medications. Get your eyesight that is visual acuity check as well.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
