Psychiatrist 's  Response
Hi.

I had gone through your query.

As he has heart and kidney failure, alcohol and smoking are strictly prohibited.
Because they can worsen his physical illness. Alcohol has very bed effect on kidney and heart. It can lead to various physical complication like breathing difficulty and liver damage etc.

Better to avoid or total abstinence from it is advisable.

Consult psychiatrist for better assistance.

I hope i have answered your query.

Thank you.
