General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Welcome to health care magic,

Stomach cramps, diarrhoea and muscle pull over lower abdomen do not seem to be sign of labour here.

However, in labour there would be contraction and relaxation of uterine muscles which would give you feeling of pain and sigh of relief alternately.

So here it is not likely to related to labour here.

You should take treatment for diarrhoea and cramps with plenty of water intake and fruit juices.

You might require some medications like antispasmodics, antacids, prebiotics with fluid electrolyte replacement.

Consult your treating gynecologist before starting any medications or take under his/her guidance.

Regards,
