Hello and thank you for asking.
I can understand your concern regarding to your mother's health.
Only to injections per month can hardly cause adrenal insufficiency.
There are needed at least 15 days treatment with corticosteroids to cause adrenal insufficiency.
Anyway, if she has symptoms of adrenal insufficiency, you may check cortisol level at 8.00 a.m or do an ACTH stimulation test.
Will be a pleasure to help you after the results.
Wish her good health.
Kind regards,
Dr.Mirjeta
