Hello Ma'am

The possibility of pregnancy is not completely ruled out as sometimes the pregnancy can be delayed.(especially if you have irregular menstruation).
Please get a serum Beta HCG done which is a blood test which can detect minute and early pregnancy. A value more than 25 is positive and values less than 5 rules pregnancy out.

Since you are planning your pregnancy it would be wise to get basic investigations (like Haemoglobin, fasting blood sugar, thyroid ) tested beforehand as they affect the implantation and sustenance of pregnancy,
Also do start taking folic acid supplements to avoid congenital abnormalities.

Hope this helps

All the Best.
