Could Consuming Promethazine With Codeine And Adderall Result In Positive Result On Meth Detection Test?

I recently took a drug test for preemployment, I was taking promethazine with codine in addition to my adderall. I got a result saying I tested positive for meth along with amphetamine and codine. I have never done meth in my life. What is a posibility of what could happened?

well of course it would. Adderall is an amphetamine. I haven't seen a test that distinguishes them. There might be one. But I think the metabolism of amphetamine by the body is going to make methamphetmin and amphetamine pretty close.
