Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

If this is the bleeding per rectum with watery diarrhea with bad odor then it could be bacterial infection. Sometimes, it may be associated with protozoa infection, such conditions can be managed with Tab Ofloxacine with Ornidazole. Consult your physician for prescription.

If this is not the bleeding per rectum then the condition needs to be managed accordingly as per the bleeding site or the organ involved in bleeding.

You have not mentioned the symptoms in detail. If this is the menses bleeding then hormone changes could be the cause. You have not mentioned the age too, because it could be menopause too, in absence of crucial information, it would be guessing game only, your detail query will be appreciated.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Akhtarhusain
