Could Cold Tingling Sensation In Chest Be A Symptom Of Anxiety?

I been have panick attacks I went to the emergency I had a ekg done and blood work and everything came back good so I went to my doctor she put me on vistral 50 mg and some heartburn medicine but the last week or so I get cold tinkle sensation in my chest and it is scaring me but people can that can be sign of anxiety should I been worried.
