Ive never missed a period and I missed this months I ve taken pregnancy test but there negative. Could chlamydia be a cause of a missed period I heard it don t effect it just makes you spot in between. Missed period

Missed periods can be due to ovarian cyst;hormonal imbalance;thyroid problems;mental stress and even pregnancy.Since you have missed your periods first time and even the pregnancy test is negative please wait for a week and if you don't get periods then you repeat the pregnancy test and if the second test is also negative then consult a Gynaecologist for opinion and treatment.
