Could Chest Pain And Upper Back Pain Be Related To Heart Attack?
I am having chest pain currently and pain in my upper back. I also am having difficulty breathing and it helps to keep it shallow. My blood pressure is not high at this time after taking it at home.Yet I have ringing in my ears and I am very uncomfortable. Could this be a heart attack?

Chest pain in the upper back region - Certainly it is related in most of the times.
In patient with the complaints mimicking unstable angina will present with the most unspecific complaints like what you had described here.
Any chest pain with back pain needs to be evaluated for cardia.
A chest x ray is a must.
