Hello, I really appreciate your concern. Unprotected sex increases the chances of getting infected with HIV if the partner is HIV positive. You have not mentioned about your sexual partner. Is he diagnosed as having HIV infection? If a person gets HIV infection he/she would suffer from fever, sore throat, dry cough, headache, muscle pain, joint pain, oral ulcer, nausea, vomiting, weight loss, anorexia etc. You haven't mentioned about any of the symptoms. Some people have rash after fever due to HIV infection. Bacterial Vaginosis and yeast infection is very common sexually transmitted diseases not always linked to HIV infection in the body.
The best way to rule out HIV is to test for it. If possible then sexual partner's HIV test is very useful.
Hope my answer has solved your query. Take Care.
Thank you.
