Could Bumps On Penis And Scrotum Be Herpes?

I have bumps on my penis and scrotum that have been there for about four years consistently. I have never had sexual intercourse though recently I entered into a more sexual relationship with a girl I know is clean. Could this be herpes? Again, it's never come in spurts and has been there for a while before I've even had any sexual contact.

Hi,

I don't think it is Herpes. It could be other kind of infection. Do you feel itching over there? If Yes then it could be fungal infection. Try clotrimazole ointment. Work with your primary care doctor to achieve these.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
