Hello and welcome to HCM,
Urine examination is required to know whether urinary tract infection (UTI) is present or not.
It is evident from your history that a culture report is being awaited and culture to done to detect infection.
Thus, there is an infectious focus in body, which can be urinary tract infection.
Antibiotic course and drinking plenty of water will help in clearing the infection.
You take up another urine test to ensure that the UTI is cured after antibiotic intake.
Stay in touch with your treating doctor for further work up.

Thanks and take care
