Could Blurred Vision, Trailing Vision, Headaches Be Due To A Brain Tumor?

Hi, I am a 19 year old male college student. I have blurred/mildly doubled vision in my right eye, this goes away when looking through a pin hole. About a month after all of that started I began to experience increased after images and trails in my vision, this was about a month after I started taking Paxil, I came off of Paxil about 2 weeks ago, but the trails have not yet subsided. About two months ago I had mild headaches everyday for a week, I have not had any really since then. I am worried I may have a brain tumor, I have been to an opthamologist and there is nothing physically wrong with my eyes.

HI
Well come to HCM
This is not the sign of brain tumor and forget about this but this could be a condition which might be happening due to some manure as you have stated here, just try to forget this, and do not try to check this in any way, everything would be fine soon if you totally forget this, take care and have a nice day.
