As per your query, you have blotchy looking pimples on arms be due to sun poisoning which occurs due to clogged pores of sebaceous gland filled with sebum, dead skin and bacteria get infected. I would suggest you wash your affected area with mild soap and cold water twice a day and exfoliate once a week. You should apply clindamycin gel and apply aloe vera gel and apply azelaic acid containing cream. Also, drink 5-8 glasses of water daily and add fresh fruits and vegetables to your diet. If the condition doesn't start getting better in a month then consult a dermatologist. The doctor may prescribe antibiotics course.
