Could Blockage In Ear Canal, Occassional Earpain Be Related To The Previous Brain Injury Caused By Accident?

My left ear feels like something is blocked inside the ear canal. I was in a head on collision in March, and one of my injuries was a brain injury. This 'pressure' in my ear started after the accident. It's mainly only irritating, but sometimes there is slight pain.
