Could Blisters And Red Rashes On Right Side Of Neck And Chest Be Shingles?

I have broken out in a blister and red rash on the right side of my neck and chest, and it started with just a couple of spots and now I have over a dozen. I am 56 and have been under a tremendness amount of stress. Could this be shingles. and if so my husband has not had the chicken pox , if I have shingles could he get the chicken pox?

I really appreciate your concern, Chances of chicken pox may be likely if there was a history of chicken pox in family, even if the history is not there then also this could be possible, this may not be herpes, hope this information helps, take care, have a nice day.
