Could Bleeding And Cramps During Pregnancy Be Due To Miscarriage?

hi i am unsure wither or not ihave miscarried i have a scan tomorrow i just want to know what are the chances of my baby being ok? I have bled and had cramps for 1 week on only one occasion ive had a clot. I had a scan last friday it showed the pregnancy sac up until then i had no pregnancy symptoms at all but for last two days im feeling really sicky if i had miscarried would i be getting these symptoms out of the blue surely my hcg level would have gone down not up? i still getting a pregnancy positive result and my hcg level last friday measured correct for the size of sac i was measuring 51/2 wks

Hi,
I understand your concern.
Cramps & bleeding with occasional clot.. does not necessarily mean complete abortion.It can be thretened abortion. Baby can still be intact & can be revived with proper treatment & hormonal supplement.
Your HCG reports were normal for the gestation till last friday, the extent of harm done by the weeks bleeding can be assessed by USg scan & Hcg levels.
Please don't be depressed. be hopeful for best.Continue taking bed rest/. get your recent investigations done & continue with the treatment advised by a gynecologist.
