Could Black Spots All Over The Body With Negative VDRL Test Indicate Any STD?

Dear doctor,

I am suffering from some skin problem for more than 2 years I have black spots all over my body including my face, neck, trunk, laps, hands, folded areas of body etc. I consulted some skin specialist they advised to have VDRL test, as they doubt it can be syphilis. I had intercourse with a one of my office colleague very frequently some time protected and some time unprotected. The VDRL test came non-reactive. Then my skin-biopsy was done, results were similar lpp skin disease. They give me isotretirois treatment in which I had sotret 20mg capsule for three month. The marks on my face started disappearing so I stopped the treatment. But the marks again reappeared. Doctor prescribed me some creams but it did not work. Now about after 2 years I again got tpha blood test, it too came non-reactive.

Sir I want to know that, is this any STD I am suffering from?

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really can understand your problem, this is not the STD this may be hypersensitivity allergic reaction (Sun) if I would be your doctor then I would treat you with.
1) Hydroxyzine 10 mg tab. three times in day for 20 days
2) Azithromycine 500 mg tab. once in day for 3 days
3) Hydroquinone cream to be applied three times in day till get the good result
I think this will come around with this, take care and have nice day.
I find this answer helpful
