Could Being Gassy, Difficulty In Passing Stools And Stool With Red String On It Be Parasites?

Lately, I ve been really gassy. I usually have a bowel movement daily, but for a few weeks I ll feel like I have to go but can t. Then when I finally went today there was a red string in it...maybe 4 inches long, a pale red color. Do I really have a parasite or another issue?

I appreciate your concern, yes it could be the round worm but physical examination would be the final judge beside this what the symptoms that you have are not the indication of worm infestation but more it looks like dyspepsia, it is better to get done the stool examination, on tentative basis antihelminthitic medicine can be taken like Piperazine citrate orally according to body weight, beside this condition could be due to intestinal infection and it could be protozoa infection, hope this information helps.
