Could An Enlarging Scrotum Pimple With Scabbing Be A STD?

I have white pimple like things on my scrodome and one almost pea size. I poped one and it has goten a lot bigger and scabed over and jus keeps getting bigger. Is the an std? I havent had intercorse in 3 years it hasnt got worse but the one thats scabbed over?

Thanks for your query and an elucidate history.
the popped and the scabbing of the pimple like swellings are most probably Sebaceous cysts of the scrotal skin and may be self-limiting or may need a small surgery to remove them.
You may please apply liquid povidone Iodine locally and take an antibiotic and anti-inflammatory medicines if your Doctor feels so and will give you the prescription for.
This is not STD.
