Could Abdominal Pain, Cramps And Back Pain Be Due To Bacteria In Intestine?

Hi, I have been having severe cramps in my abdominal/stomach area. I can't eat cause it hurts. I feel full quickly. After a bowel movement sometimes I feel back pain and abdominal pain. After a hour or so the pain leaves but, stays on my stomach/abdominal area. I have not vomit or had any diarrhea. my stomach makes loud sounds.Could it be a bacteria in my intestines?

The symptoms you are referring to seem more like Flatulent Dyspepsia.
Take Cap. Lansoprazole 30mg and Tab. Itopride 150mg one before breakfast for 2 weeks. You will feel much better.
