Hi
Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day

Thickening of the bowel could cause obstruction of lumen of the bowel causing intermittent obstruction. This Subacute obstruction could be the cause of pain and vomiting.
Crohns or tuberculosis of intestine needs to be ruled out as the cause.

Take Care

Best Regards
