Could Abdominal Cramps Be A Sign Of Pregnancy?

hi, i have been going on the internet doing alot of research in terms of pregnancy. on monday 20th june me and my boyfriend were fooling around as he started to rub his dry and clean penis on my vagina. I thought it would be unlikely for this happen due to another fact that it was 5 days after ovulation. I also to levenolle the emergency pill on the 22nd june which is today at 11am. I am so paranoid and scared, need some reassurance from someone else other than the people i have asked. i spoke to a doctor also online which told me there is absolutely nothing to worry about and now that i've taken the pill there should be no reason other than to make myself feel better to take a pregnancy test. i just feel really paranoid and ive had mild cramps mostly on the left side of my abdomen :/ im getting really scared...ive consulted one doctor and he told me there was nothing to worry about and this was online

Hi there, I have understood your concern. I will suggest you the best possible treatment options.

1 ) First of all do not panic.

2 ) Chances of getting pregnant are almost nil as the episode of unprotected sex act was 5 days after ovulation.
And if you have taken emergency contraceptive pill within 72 hours of the sex act , it is helpful to prevent the pregnancy in most of the cases.

3 ) As you might be aware that pre ejaculation secretions do contain sperms. So I usually suggest to my patients to use condom to prevent unwanted pregnancy and STDs.

4 ) In your case, I will suggest you to wait till the expected date of cycle, If you cross your regular date then I will suggest you to get morning's first sample of urine tested for pregnancy.

I hope this answer helps you.
Thanks.
