Could A Small Painless Bump On The Vagina Indicate Syphilis ?

I had a small bump near my vagina some months back. If i remember correctly it did not hurt and went away on its own after a while. Could it be Syphilis?

u might had allergy or infection which subside its own
keep it clean and dry
drink more water
syphilis has indurated ,ulcerative lesion and last for long time
