Could Tetralysal Be The Cause For Delayed Periods?

Hi, I am almost one week late on my period and I m really scared bdcausevi don t know the cause, I have never had sex and I ve never been late on my period now that I ve been having it for 3 years, I must say that I have been using some pills my doctor prescribed for my acne called : Tetralysal, could that be the cause ?

As per my knowledge Tetralysal which is tetracycline antibiotic used for acne don't cause the delay in menses. There can be other possible reason for delay like hormonal imbalance, psychological problem or any underlying infection.
I will advise you to consult the gynecologist and investigate further for the problem.
