Could RVOT Be The Cause Of Arrhythmia?

Hi, I was diagnosed with rvot 18 months ago. I have had an angoigram and MRI and they are both normal.Tried catheter ablation, but it was unsuccessful. I recently was told I have an Iron dediciency and I'm taking tablets for this Could this be the cause of my Arrythmia or is rvot something completely different,

RVOT is a electrical channel in heart and it is not a disease condition. RVOT is affected in many arrhythmia including Brugada syndrome.
