Could PVL Of Brain Cause Numbness And Headache ?

My daughter was born with pvl of brain, shes now 8 and has no signs of any kind..shes telling me she feels like shes gonna pass out and has headache and her legs feel kinda numb, could the pvl be giving her problems now? She does have glasses but only for reading. Should I get MRI?
