Could Oilatum Soap Remove Dark Rashes On Buttocks?

Hi doc..I have been on work out for 3 weeks now and a result it makes my butt having rashes..then it turn dark I have consulted my dermatologist and gave me hexa lotion and it has inprovement though inflamation decreaes but the others became dark..is oilat umsoap can remove it?please help

Use pure cotton under garments, no synthetic. Dark rashes may be due to allergy, apply BetnovateN cream locally 3 times a day, for bathing use glycerin soap, no dusting powder (cosmetic )
