Could Minokem And Zincovit Help To Reduce Hair Fall?

Hi.I am 39 female n I ve been suffering severe hairfall.My dermotologist suggested minokem 5 n zinkovit tab. Previously he gave me coverit n glacex cap. which i used for 3 months but it didnt help me much. Plz tell me if this new treatment goin to help me n its side effects.. Thanks
